I'm taking a short break to go on honeymoon! I will officially be out of office from:
Friday 16th January - Friday 6th February
Any orders placed during this time will be posted on my return, this is the same for email/message replies. Thank you for your patience during this time, as a solo business owner it's hard to step away but I can't wait to celebrate the final part of my marriage by going on honeymoon!

About
Stirring Silver is a Sheffield based small business.
Our ethos is to breathe life into lost pieces of nostalgia and history. Restoring them in a whole new way to be appreciated once more.
Jewellery crafted from forgotten antique cutlery that would otherwise be melted down for scrap.
Lighting up-cycled from precious pieces of history, ideal for hobbies. The man cave must have.
Meet the Maker
I'm Frankie, I'm 27 years old and Stirring Silver was born over 10 years ago!

I began making jewellery from cutlery as a hobby to earn a little money whilst I was at school. I'd take part in craft fairs around my local area on weekends.

After going to college and university to study Musical Theatre, Stirring Silver had to take a back seat.
However back in 2018 I was back and bigger than ever! I developed my skills further and began exploring the restoration of other antiques and converting them into lamps. My dad is a qualified electrician and taught me everything I needed to know and he still PAT tests everything that is made.

In 2019 I entered the NMTF's Young Trader of the Year competition, which I was lucky enough to be announced as the winner live on BBC's The One Show!
I love representing the future of market/event trading, it's something I'm very passionate about.

More recently in November 2021 I was shortlisted for the Young Entrepreneur of the year for the GBEA Awards. An incredible evening in London's Mayfair.
